Sound Bath

Meditative experience using sound bowls and sound instruments to sooth the nervous system by bringing a sense of calm bliss to your mind, body and soul.  The attendees will be "bathed" in immersive sound waves and participate in breathwork, mantras then melt into savasana pose. Take in the zen sound experience to balance your chacras and be immersed in relaxation.
