Sound Bath

Meditative experience using sound bowls and sound instruments to sooth the nervous system by bringing a sense of calm bliss to your mind, body and soul.  The attendees will be "bathed" in immersive sound waves and participate in breathwork, mantras then melt into savasana pose.
